Pure chance I have always wanted to read one of his books, but this was the moment that I needed to read it. My boyfriend and I share many interests and one of them is our love for books. Dec 16, 2006 - I picked up Haruki Marukami's book Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World. I have only read three Murakami books and had very different opinions of each.
